Lamb Stew

This is one dish I do not know how it taste like when it’s done. Each time I cook this, I’ll have one of my sons to taste and tell me whether it’s salty enough, sweet enough, add more herbs or otherwise.

My family like this stew, I always tell them don’t try to convince me the taste. The famous phrase I use is “Don’t let it waste on me”. Simply because “ I don’t like mutton or lamb” For me,lamb…..The smell is too strong to bear.

Well….. it’s good news to them too because… “Less man(woman) more share!”
