My first chiffon cake. Looks like I'm hooked to enjoy this chiffon as it consists very little flour and fat! It's nice especially with a cup of hot coffee.

Hi This is Beka - what a yummy looking cake! I've made my 1st chiffon cake too recently from the Cake Bible. My family says its a lovely dessert after a heavy dinner and you can eat lots of slices without guilt! Your chiffon cake looks lovely.
