Delicious......... this is one of my favorite dish on earth. I love all that is in this bowl. My kids only take the prawns. CK will ignore this dish TOTALLY!!!!
The Chef was at work in the kitchen last weekend. He had decided to cook again. I was too busy capturing those moments in pictures and only helped by savoring and enjoying the fruits of his labor. Yeah! Saturdays….. While the king was cooKING, the queen was busy enjoying herself feasting… I love Saturdays!!!
Yesterday, while I was busy at the kitchen, Tim decided to join me prepares some orange chocolate chip cupcakes for tea time. Since, my Kenwood is busy with my other batter, so we decided to use “TIMwood” ( Tim’s hands) as my manual mixer to do this small portion of batter . He was quite a baker, he whisk the eggs and butter then pour in the flour and milk and chocolate chips and some orange rind and juices. And the results…… a picture worth a thousand words. The cupcakes were delicious!
