classic lemon cheese cake
This is so rich and so tasty. You should only consume it once a year,unless you are in a weight gaining program. Help...... I'm taking more than what I should. I like this even though I'm not a "cheese fan".
Ingredients:15 pieces Mc Vites biscuits
1/3 cup melted butter
500 gram Philadelphia Cream Cheese ( softened at room temperature)
2 teaspoon gelatine dissolved in 1/4 cup boiling water
5 tablespoon condensed milk
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 teaspoon grated lemon rind
Method:Mix biscuits crumbs with melted butter and press into springform cake pan. Chill.
Beat the cream cheese till smooth, mix in gelatine mixture,condensed milk,lemon juice and rind.
Pour onto crumb base and chill in refrigerator for 2-3 hours before serving.
